Thermal Spraying

Metal-Filled Epoxy Compounds
This is the second method for applying metal resurfacing application coatings. In it, two-part epoxy systems are used to repair cracks, fill pits, and rebuild damaged machinery parts. Metal-filled epoxy compounds can be applied with a spatula or putty knife.
Brush/Spray Plating
Brush or spray plating is a metal resurfacing procedure in which a metallic coating is deposited onto a surface using an electrochemical process. This coating technique is suitable for localized repairs, corrosion protection, and restoring worn areas without dismantling large components.
Powder Coating
Powder coating is a dry finishing process in which electrically charged powder particles are applied to metal surfaces and then cured under heat. It creates a strong, uniform, and durable coating that resists corrosion, impact, and abrasion. Powder coating is used for metal components, structural parts, and equipment that require long-lasting protection and an even finish.
Cold Galvanizing
Cold galvanizing involves applying a zinc-rich coating to metal surfaces to provide sacrificial corrosion protection. This technique is preferably used for repairing galvanized steel, protecting welds, and preventing rust in harsh environments.
